I was given Jerri Ann’s name by my realtor in Naples, to help us finds a property in Watersound. After a thorough tour of the area and several neighborhoods, we chose a home. The process took a few trips in from Michigan, and each time she was by our side, patiently letting us work through the pros and cons of each property. Jerri Ann is professional and thorough. She attended our walk through while we were still in MI and spotted things we certainly would have missed. The closing went smoothly, thanks to her attention to the closing statement and paperwork beforehand. She was truly a pleasure to work with, and I am proud to call her my realtor, and my friend.
