I love what I do. You see, I've left the technology world to pursue something I am very passionate about – helping people realize their dreams of owning and investing in beachfront property on the Emerald Coast of Florida! I’m part of one of the leading brokerage companies - The Premier Property Group – and we have offices in Rosemary/Seacrest Beach, Watercolor, and San Destin. I cover primarily homes and condos on 30A (including Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seacrest, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, Watersound, and Inlet Beach) as well as Panama City Beach. We specialize in upscale, luxury beachfront properties for those interested in an incredible vacation home, an investment property, or for those that are ready to relocate to an area that has been designated as having some of the "Most Beautiful Beaches in the World".

My husband and I personally invested in this area more than 15 years ago with the purchase of our first investment vacation rental condominium, followed by a second a few years later. We became so passionate with this area that we started our own resort condo property management company that grew to nearly 30 units before we sold that business to focus solely on helping others buy and sell their properties.

My husband and I are able to leverage a combined 60+ years of IT analysis, organization, and technology skills, plus 15 years of resort property ownership and condo rental management skills to help our clients understand the benefits and potential challenges with investment property in this market.

As I said, I love what I do. For buyers, I get to help them set realistic expectations with their investment and then help them find a great property that meets their needs. Many times, I’m working people that have thought about investing in beachfront property but just don’t know where to start or what to expect. And for many, I’m helping them realize their dreams of owning a beach home or condo. It doesn’t get much better than that!

And for sellers, I help them understand the current market conditions, set realistic expectations, and advise them on changes which will help their home sell for top dollar. Plus I develop a detailed marketing plan leveraging both traditional methods and current technology.
